The good, sustainable practices that you will find in place in each suite are based upon: the restoration and construction of housing with eco-friendly materials, low-consumption LED lighting, timed electronic switches, a lack of complimentary toiletry bottles (replaced instead by soap, shampoo and shower gel dispensers, filled with organic products), reduced flushing in every toilet basin, free drinking water, the sensitization of water consumption, recycling bins, recharging ports for electric vehicles, organic produce for breakfast, zero plastic in any products used (such as washing machines, mattresses, pillows, and natural-fibre bedsheets), solar heating, and pellet stoves with certified recycled wood.

You will be able to taste one of the dishes of the day that are vegetarian, vegan or with meat from wild animals, cooked with only seasonal products from the farm or at zero km, or cured meats, cheeses, even vegan and seasonal vegetables.
