You can cancel your REFUNDABLE reservation up until 12:00, 30 days before arrival without any penalty.

LAST MINUTE rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The entire stay will be charged.

In the case of NO SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE, the entire stay will be charged.

THEFT IN THE STRUCTURE

In the event that any type of object is stolen from inside the room or the structure, the customer is required to return it or it will be considered a theft in all respects, with a crime punishable by imprisonment from six months to three years and a fine from 154 euros to 516 euros.

ANIMALS

ONLY in the Rustica and Piccioni suites. You can bring your dog ONLY if you respect these common sense rules:

you must NEVER leave your dog alone in the room

you must not disturb other guests by yelling and whistling to call it
