Cancellation Policy, damage and theft

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have two options:

1) NON-REFUNDABLE

Payment of 50% of the entire stay via bank transfer. The balance is due upon check-in.

There is no refund in the event of cancellation.

2) 100% REFUNDABLE RATE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, read the terms and conditions here!

The cost of your stay is subject to a 10% surcharge.

Payment is made via bank transfer for the full amount of your stay. The reservation is cancellable and refundable from the day of arrival without penalty. Read the terms and conditions here!

The room will not be confirmed until we receive the receipt, which you can send us by email to santegle@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +39 329 4250285.

At check-in, a credit card will be required as a guarantee for any extras and to cover any damages.

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

For damages caused to the Sant'Egle Agriturismo, the guest is required to compensate Agriturismo Sant'Egle s.s. by paying in cash or using the credit card provided as a guarantee. The amount will be sufficient to restore the property to its original condition, i.e., to cover the costs of restoring the property to its original condition at the time of the hotel contract.

If the guest refuses to pay for the damage, they will be charged with simple damage under Article 635 of the Italian Civil Code, with an administrative penalty ranging from €100 to €8,000.

THEFT FROM THE PROPERTY

If any item is stolen from the room or the property, the guest is required to return it, or it will be considered theft, a crime punishable by six months to three years of imprisonment and a fine of €154 to €516.

PETS

You can bring your dog ONLY in the Rustica and Piccioni suites if you follow these common-sense rules:
You must inform us before booking.
All our pets live free, so if you want to bring your dog, it must ALWAYS be on a leash.
You must pick up its waste everywhere and dispose of it yourself.
You must NEVER leave your dog alone in the room.
You must not disturb other guests by yelling or whistling.
You must not disturb other guests during their entire stay.
You will be charged a €50 extra cleaning fee.
Anything damaged will be cleaned, restored, or replaced.

Classica room is an ensuite room with open shower and bathtub with garden and bio pool view. Is on the first floor furnished with natural wood. The theme of the room is of the old work of a woodcutter. The furnishings are the result of ancient tools of the trade. The bedroom is facing southwest with views of the organic pool and garden, and has a double bed with a skylight above that allows you to see the stars. The bedroom cannot be completely blacked out.

Minimal is a double bed ensuite on the first floor with garden view and has access to the Bio-Pool. Bright and South-facing, with minimalist décor and furniture from the 70s. The floor is made from hand-worked terracotta. A skylight above the bed gives you a view of the stars. The bedroom cannot be completely blacked out.
