You can decide to dine in our garden, near the fire and under a blanket of stars or in the privacy of your room, by candlelight.

For this reason we offer alternative culinary sensory experiences, which you will never forget, in contact with nature, with only organic and zero km products.
You can dine with sunset light around the BBQ in exclusive use.
At sunset, we will find lots of embers where you take your time for cook a Florentine steak, Cinta Senese sausages and pancetta and seasonal vegetables.
Dinner will be accompanied by homemade bread, our production New Olive oil, water, organic red wine and a small dessert with homemade liqueur.
All Organic and with meat from wild animals. The vegetarian version is possible with local cheeses to be grilled instead of meat.
The cost is 120€ /couple, wine included. The service must be booked by 10am
Alternatively you can taste one of the vegetarian, vegan or meat dishes of the day, cooked with only seasonal Sant'Egle products or at zero km products, or cold cuts, cheeses, even vegan and seasonal vegetables, cold and hot drinks, wines and beers.
You can find all you want eat and drink at the Osteria Senza Oste, in our lemon house, next to the Bio Pool. Open 24 hours a day.
On pleasant occasions we like to share the evening with our guests.
You can participate in a convivial evening where we will cook Pizza together.
The dough, made by erika is made with local flours which naturally have little gluten and mother yeast which allows a slow leavening of 48 hours.
We will cook in our big wood oven, enjoying our craft beers with Saffron or Spirulina.
Other evenings we will cook together at the big BBQ, drinking some good local bio wine.
The cost of these evenings is € 50 per person, drinks and dessert included.
If you would prefer to go to a restaurant, then we will show you our ‘secret’ list of the area’s best restaurants upon arrival, each selected to meet our demanding tastes.
We also have a private Chef available, only for those who book the entire farmhouse.
